MR HENG FOOK CHANG, 55, joined the Group in July 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the Group’s financial, accounting, and corporate secretarial functions. Before joining the Group, Mr Heng served as Financial Controller at Boldtek Holdings Limited, a SGX Catalist-listed company. He has also held senior executive roles at various SGX Mainboard-listed companies, managing responsibilities that include financial accounting, treasury operations, corporate secretarial duties, and regulatory compliance. Mr Heng holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, and a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University, New South Wales. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and is a Certified Practising Accountant (Australia).
